This one dream…..Its so weird and i think it means something bad?
Ok so last night i had a really scary dream. I’m one of those people that remember their dreams in full detail and there always relistic. I write all my dreams down because some of my dreams feel like warnings and others i talk to random people telling me about my past life. Oh well….
Its was really foggy and the sky was all black. I was in a field with snow on the ground. It seemed like the white went on for miles but it was not snowing and i was not cold. I was wearing a dress . Short and black. No shoes and my hair was down. I think i was in a field or a clearing because there was trees as well as that tall yellow grass stuff. Then I was scared. I felt happy before and then i was scared to death. I wanted to run but i could not move and the only thing that came out of my mouth was the word ‘death’. I looked around and out of the sky came ravens. Big black ravens and they were flying around me. I opened my mouth to scream but couldn’t. Then their feathers started falling off and the white kept getting covered. I saw a bit of white under me but i flew like some one picked me up and threw me across the field. I did not land. I kept falling into the darkness. It did not end until i woke up sweating.

3 days ago i was in my weight lifting class, and i was benching without someone to spot me. and this guy came up to me and put all of his weight down on my bar, causing it to come straight down on my collar bone, which fractured my collar bone, but before the pain hit, i jumped up, knocked the dude out cold really quick, then my coach took me to the hospital to get it checked out. now today when i return, i have 4 days of suspension from school, and kicked off the martial arts team, and the dude has none. was that right? is it me, or did he really do something wrong too?

But here is something to get even for you. Call the police on the dude who put his weight on your bar while you were lifting. Insist on filing a police report and if you can get a restraining order against him. Whine and tell the police that he could have caused a lot more damage had you dropped the bar on your chest in the wrong place (heart damage, lung damage). Don’t try to be ‘though’ about this.

Dude!! That guy was as wrong as two boys F!@#ing in the barn! The truth is though you either need to let it go and deal with it as a lesson learned; or pursue it from every legal and administrative angle possible. If you choose to pursue it, Get witness statements, Get your billing statements and any adverse administrative paperwork possible the school gave you in order. Then have your parents take up the issue with the head of the school. Get an attorney and sue the piss out of that punk and his parents.

Also place charges on the little punk. Then see what happens. Worst case scenario you will have gotten the boot from school, knocked the crap out of a punk and made both he and his parents lives hell. You will also be a thorn in the side of the dumb ass school officials who made the bad decision. You just can’t pay for that kind of satisfaction! By the way be more alert next time so you can knock the punk out before he gets the jump on you. This advice may not be the most political correct, but if more people had more of a back bone you wouldn’t be in this situation. That is the problem with America now days. Everyone seems to want to do the politically correct thing. Thats how we end up with the Fort Hood Shooting, The passage of the Nigeria bomber and Obama "the clown" as President. Political Correctness never works!

technically he assaulted you first.. any unwanted threatened or carried out physical or verbal violent act against another to inflict harm.. i can assault you technically by throwing a french fry at you.. and he definately harmed you.. but it is almost like in most cases only the second punch or retaliating punch is seen by those that matter..even though your collar bone is broke, you need witness statements saying he did what he did, or else they could (probably not but could) say your collar bone broke under different circumstances and that he did not hurt you by laying on the bar.. they also could try to say you weren’t following gym rules by working out without a spotter and that is why they suspended you.. you have to cover yourself with witness statements, doctors statements and bills, and then sue for assault.. even if it doesn’t take the suspension away he can get in legal trouble and you can get pain/suffering and your medical bills paid for.

he should’ve gotten suspended but didn’t , but that doesn’t mean he has to go unpunished.

Since he attacked you first and you only retaliated in defense, it wasn’t right for the school not to suspend the other student, he should have been suspended and expelled, you can sue him for injuries you acquired, Also, you can sue the school for not suspending him, and if they took you to a hospital where your insurance doesn’t cover you can sue the school for that too.

I’d say just hire a lawyer to visit the principal’s office with you. You won’t even need to sue unless the damage is bad and costs you. In that case, yeah, go for it. The lawyer should be scary enough for the school to back off, though.

What you did can easily be perceived as excessive use of force: when you hit the other guy, it wasn’t in self defense, since it couldn’t actually prevent your injury, but as a retaliatory action. It wasn’t necessary for you to do it.

On the other hand, what the other guy did could easily be explained away as a honest mistake/accident. So, while what you did IS more or less justified, it isn’t seen that way from a legal/formal standpoint.

Perhaps you could ask for an inquiry on the matter, or issue a statement, or pursue other legal options.

If I were you, I would open an account at another bank and close the M&T Bank account. There are plenty of banks out there that charge no fees at all. I firmly believe that if I am to put my money somewhere, then why should I have to pay for it? This is quite a trend nowadays for banks not to charge "fees." I have never heard of a bank asking to deposit flat amounts. On the other hand, when withdrawing or depositing money at an ATM, then you have to go by flat amounts. I would not recommend depositing money at an ATM because, money could be miscounted although it does not happen frequently. Hope this gives you some good info.

1998 Tecumseh engine, riding mower 15 hp, carburetor bowl problem?
Ok So i got a riging mower for a killer deal, problem is that it didnt work. New battery and starter switch seamed to take care of most of the problem, starter works fine and so does the spark plug. The fuel line had alot of junk in it so I replaced the tubing and filter.

Now to the carburetor bowl. Took it off and appart. The float seams fine and no gass inside it. The blue hollow tube that slides in the middle was stuck in the engine when I pulled the bowl off, after removing the blue hollow tube ( with a light pull) I noticed that the black ruber "O" ring as smashed and smeared up the side of the tube and hard as a rock, Sense then I have ordered the replacement bowl but the guy at the shop gave me a new "O" ring and said it should do. It fit nicely on the blue tube but when placed in the exsiting hole it was realy stiff to get it down in far enough so the gasget could be placed level ontop of the bowl.

Still wont run for more then a few second after I sprayed starter fluid in the intake then it dies out. Did I get the right part or is there something else? Need help I live in AZ and dont want to keep mowing with my push mower in 115 dagrees.

Your carb has 11 years of gunk and solidified gas clogging it up. To make matters worse, the ethanol in today’s gas is acting as a solvent and loosening all the accumulated crud in your gas line. Don’t mess around with half measures. You need to get a full carb rebuild kit. The ones for Tecumseh engines can be surprisingly expensive, maybe around $40.
You’re going to pull the carb off, disassemble and spray carb cleaner into every nook and cranny. If you have an air compressor, blow air through all the passages and orifices. Then reassemble using the new parts in the kit. It’s pretty easy and no special tools are necessary. The kit is pretty much O-rings, gaskets, float valve and seat, screws, and a jet (the sliding blue thing). I recently rebuilt my Tecumseh 12.5 hp and the only complication was that the kit was "universal" meaning that there were 5 jets and only one of them was the right one…..look closely at the color, length and size of the orifice.

You said no gas in float, but was there gas in the bowl? Sound like your needle valve is stuck or float is adjusted too low. There should also be a fuel shutoff valve

i am soo sorry you have to deal with that. your carb body looks like aluminum siding and has a plastic bowl right? man those suck bad. clean out the jet in the bottom of the bowl good, put in all new o-rings there are TWO on the plastic tube by the way plus one on the jet. to get at the jet pull the screw that drains the bowl of gas. use two cycle oil as lube when assembling the o-rings. and i would just replace the bowl/gasket if possible. those carbs made with plastic bowls and extruded bodies STINK in my opinion. good luck.
